Art & Soul: The Visible Arts – Awarding Community Art In Ann Arbor

The Ann Arbor General public Art Fee is an advisory body to Metropolis Council with the purpose of creating public art in Ann Arbor that improves the aesthetic good quality of public areas and constructions and delivers cultural and recreational possibilities.  Lisa Barry and Omari Rush speak to commission chair Allison Buck about public artwork in the town and the revival of the Golden Paintbrush Award.

Ann Arbor General public Art Commission chair Allison Buck talks about the newest general public art creations around Ann Arbor and what they are seeking forward to remaining designed in the long term.  She says they are when all over again searching for nominations for the “Golden Paintbrush Award”  by the stop of this thirty day period. 

The award acknowledges older people, youngsters, and organizations who have encouraged creativity in Ann Arbor’s publicly obvious areas. ​

Nominations are no​w open up and will be approved as a result of April 30, 2021.
