The Chico Visible Art Alliance (ChiVAA) has introduced the return of its annual Chico Artwork Festival. Formerly identified as Artwork at the Matador, the event will showcase community creative exhibitions and boost neighborhood artwork initiatives.

The 2022 Chico Artwork Festival will mark its initial return since 2018. ChiVAA was unable to manage occasions from 2019 via 2021 because of to disruptions from the Camp Fireplace and the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The competition will be held Friday, May 6 from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, Could 7 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Are living new music, dances and art exhibitions will be highlighted through the two times of the occasion. Practically 50 artists will have a specified area to promote and display their perform.
