Winners of Keizer Artwork Association’s (KAA) dual February show had been declared on line on Saturday, Feb. 6.
Winners of Keizer Art Association’s (KAA) twin February show were being declared on-line on Saturday, Feb. 6. Awards were bestowed in the Winter season Display and the McNary Art Clearly show.
Wintertime Wanderer, a watercolor of a bear in winter season by Angela Wrantz gained first position in the KAA Wintertime Show’s 2D group 2nd position honors went to Remembering Auxerre, France, a pencil drawing by Michael Dora. Cherry Trees, an acrylic painting by Jo Ann Leadingham received a third put ribbon.
The winners in the pictures classification were being Buddha Napping by Gary Olsen-Hasek (1st location), Freeze Slide by Suzie Torre-Cross (second position) and Honor Guard by Donna Lee (3rd put).
Digital artwork winners in the Winter Display exhibit had been Chook Bath Dove by Gary Olsen-Hasek (1st area), Over the Rainbow in Maui by Rebecca Lockwood (second place) and Silver Lake Thaw by Gary Olsen-Hasek (third location).
Martha Hughes gained first location in 3D artwork for her textile piece, Edo Art. Kylie Saddler-Penick received very first position honors in the youth artwork classification for her portray titled Clean Fruit.
Named Most effective of Present in the Winter Demonstrate was Sunset in Full Bloom in colored pencil by Debbie Bowen.
Juror’s Merit award winner was Karen Saleen for her coloured pencil piece of two wine eyeglasses, Empty Reflections.
Ideal Top winners in the McNary Art Show—honoring large faculty artists—were named in three types: photography, 2D art and electronic art. Very first place in 2D art went to Naia Faulkner’s Serious. Coat by Bella Biondi received second location in 2D artwork while Meghan Arritola’a Footwear took third location.
Digital art winners ended up Fairy Rhapsody by Bella Beard (1st location), Tango by Angela Bakanov (2nd spot), third location honors went to Quarantine Selfie by Aydan Bryant.
In the photography category, initial location was received by Abbie Covalt for Escalating Up, second area went to By natural means Golden, also by Abbie Covalt and 3rd location went to Elise Ali for Sunset.
Most effective of Present honors in the McNary Artwork Show was introduced to Angela Bakanov’s Slavic Folks Tales.
