OAKLAND — The perform of two Garrett County artists has been highlighted in Maryland first girl Yumi Hogan’s book, “Artists of Maryland: Visual Artwork.”

Kathy Beachler, executive director of the Garrett County Arts Council, explained the e-book was made by the Maryland State Arts Council for Hogan to give away as a reward to buddies.
